After completing his studies as legal technician, Me Boucher continued his studies in law at Laval’s University. He also obtained an university’s certificate in sociology as complementary studies. He has been established in Cowansville since 1998 to join the team and finally became an associate in 2000.
As a lawyer, Me Boucher always targets excellence. Rigorous, integrity, professionalism and to care about doing work well are some of his best qualities that are very appreciate. Also, Me Boucher delivered several conferences on a different number of topics. At the Val des cerfs School Board, he taught the course titled “Creating new enterprises, corporate and commercial issues” for the past 5 years. He is also in charge of a course at Sherbrooke’s University since 2008. At some occasions, he has been honorary chairman for different non profit organizations for the financing’s activities.
Over the years, Me Boucher became involved in the community. He was a member of the Board of Directors for the Chamber of Commerce in Cowansville for nine years among which six in the position of President. In 2004, he received a price for being “Voluntary of the year”. Actually, he is president of the board of governors of Ste-Thérèse’s School.
